Midwest Precision specializes in close tolerance, complex geometry, CNC machining using all types of Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys, Titanium, Aluminum, Steel, Brass and Plastics. We are experts in complex close tolerance machined components and assemblies. We have perfected the techniques, processes and systems for “lights out” manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards for quality and delivery. We utilize time proven techniques for high density fixturing which enables high levels of Productivity and Efficiency while avoiding disruption through minimal setups. We specialize in difficult-to-machine materials. Our team of engineers, machinists, planners and program managers will collaborate with you to develop cost saving ideas. Midwest Precision has decades of experience machining highly complex shapes with very tight tolerances from stainless steel, titanium, inconel, monel, hastalloy, aluminum, brass and other materials including hardened alloys.

Engineering Capability

Midwest Precision controls the key engineering processes used to produce your critical parts. Beginning with solid models, we develop fixture designs, CNC programs, CMM programs and layouts all tied together electronically to prevent errors and insure the highest quality. Our in-house fixture department produces high-quality work holding from solid model designs reducing lead-time and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that reduce setup time and product manufacturing time. Our Engineering department is fully staffed to handle complex and problematic parts. We are experienced, highly skilled problem solvers and operate with high urgency to assist our customers with challenging issues.
